250GB Xbox 360 Elite Modern Warfare 2 Console.?
I have just heard that microsoft is coming out with a modern warefare 2 console that is going to have 250GB. My questions is that is this going to be on sale this christmas holiday or is it going to stay 399.99? Will it have the jasper chip? Is it true that all regular(120GB) xbox 360 elites with the jasper chip are in a white box? Is it possible that if i buy the regular elite(now 299.99), can i buy a 250 hard drive and replace the 120GB? Thanks for responding.
It’s going to stay $399. Even around christmas it will stay around their Microsoft won’t drop the price. Best buy and other retailers might have a 10% off stuff in their stores( what ever deals around christmas) and the Xbox 360 *could* be affected but that is not a Microsoft deal.
It will have jasperchip.
All Elites you buy new should have the jasper chip.
If you buy the elite you CAN NOT upgrade to 250GB. Microsoft said the hard drive will not be sold seperately as of yet. Look a 120GB hard drive alone is $150 ( already a RIP OFF , but it’s Microsoft right..) so a 250GB sold by microsoft would cost over $200 +
The COD bundle is a good bundle but you have to wait until November 11. That’s if your looking for Xbox 360. Ps3 will have 250GB model in North America November 3 for$350 but doesn’t come with COD or extra controller.
The 120GB should be more then enough capacity really but if you really want to.
But yea if you can, wait for the MWF2 bundle because It comes with:
Xbox 360 ( custom!)
2 wireless controllers
and Game.
down side is you have to wait about a month.

Total: 450+ tax
If you bought the regular elite it would cost $300 and come with only 1 wireless controller.
1. Wireless controller = $60
2. Call of Duty Game $60
3. 250GB Hard Drive= N/A
Total: $470+ tax and you end up with half the space anyways.

I assumed you are American. If you are Canadian ( like me) the Xbox 250GB might cost like $420, and Xbox Live is $60, not $50. Canadians tend to get charged more for video games..
*Also factor in when you get an Xbox 360 you need to buy chargers for your controllers. That’s about $20 each controller, unless you use AA batteries and get 4 rechargeable batteries.
