The only difference is the Hardrive Capcity, its called the xbox elite because when it first came out it was Elite to the older model xbox due to hardrve capacity. the model of the xbox e.g. the shape is different and taht is it, graphics, performance etc is all the same, when microsoft make a new xbox all they do is make a bigger harddrive, and change the shape/colour of it
