But i was wondering if i have to send it back to him if there’s any problem with it?Can i get it repaired here with the warranty he gave me?

I don’t know if you can send it back to the man himself, but if you want to send it to Nintendo, then you will have to have some kind of prove that the has been purchased in the last 12 months.
