What is a reliable and trustworthy website to buy electronics on (wholesale or not)?

Looking to buy unlocked cell phones and other electronics online for cheap prices so I can resale them to make some money. But what is a good website for this. I live in Canada so must be able to ship there. I have looked at alibaba.com an dhgate.com, but neither one my mom trusts and therefore won’t let me order from. Are these trustworthy sites?? If not please give me some other ones. (other then eBay, kijiji, or amazon [which doesn't have a good selection of phones anyways])
