How do I send a text message from my Verizon cell phone in the U.S. to a cell phone in Lebanon?
My cousin lives in Lebanon and i want to send her a text but i am not sure how to or what to put as the number. she has a cell number that starts with 70. its an 8-digit number. Please help! Thank you!
