How to cap data usage on iphone 4 with telus?

When the iphone 4 comes out, and I buy it with the 500mb data plan, is there a way to regulate how much data I use? Since the iphone only uses 3g for calls, texts AND data, is there no way to make sure your iphone is using up too much 3g data? I do have wifi available at homee, sooo.

well if you’re asking how to keep track of your monthly DATA used just go to mytelusmobilty.com and log in to your online account and on the main screen you’ll see DATA used just go there and you can see how much data you are using

option 2 witch i use more and it’ almost always right is to call *611 from you iphone 4…and it will ask you to enter a 4-10 digit pin if you have one set-up on your telus account then to will say a few more option like your balance and air time usage press 2 and it will tell you exactly how much you using

option 3 there is an app i think iphone has it also it’s called mobile minute track 1.0 it’s great it will tell you when you bill is due and how much it is,how many Min’s you are using,how much DATA how many texts you’re sending..well i hope i helped you out
