I am having trouble accessing my messages on my Telus cell phone?
I get a message saying “Updating Messages. Please Wait”
it has said that for 4 hours now. Help!
Call Telus and ask them to re-configur the SMS settings on the phone and that should solve the problem, You should also try re-setting the phone back to factory settings!
