Refurbished Verizon Phones
Verizon phones. I am so angry! What would you do?
Moving into my apartment in May. Had a pretty good phone, but can not get reception. A To save friend of mine ownes a cell phone so he lent me a total of 2 phones. Still no reception in the apartment. Now I spend $ 80.00 on a newly renovated & Telephone still not welcome in this house. What should I do? Verizon can not do anything for me? I am so frustrated, I hate it! Thanks. All the phones I had worked outside the home have, in other buildings, and in my car. My plan is not until March to make any changes.
There is nothing you can do Verizon. Actually Verizon does not have debt, a lot of mobile phones (from many different sources) bad reception in certian buildings, depending on what they made. I used to the problem is when I have had T-Mobile and I would stay with a friend. Their place had a lot of metal in and around it so it was hard to get a signal. I suggest before, if your contract has expired, you are looking for another carrier that offers a 30-day trial version so you can try it and see whether the phone carrier will work in your home. If not, then you can get your money back.
