Pull Up Bar Exercises
I have p90x but I dont have a pull up bar…dorm room?
I cant screw anything in the wall and i cant buy a pull up bar , can I just do the workouts w/o the pull up bar? Is there any alternate exercises I can do to substitute in for the pull ups?
