Gamers, what has ps3 really done for us?

Isnt it just sad how games like lost planet2, wolfenstein can never compare to World at War? like what can be better, these games are classic,

no? world at war wasn’t even as good as the first call of duty. treyarch can’t make a game as good as infinity ward and therefore should just leave the franchise to them. their poor AI just takes away from what little intensity their game is. for example, compare modern warfare to WaW, or CoD: finest hour, to big red one.

i thought lost planet was great, and i can’t wait for the second assassin’s creed, as i really enjoyed the first one as well. a game like poker, however, doesn’t need to be on such a powerful console and can be done via online sites, which is what is currently being done.

overall, the ps3 as something for everyone. of course, there are less-known titles which many people fail to discover, which is too bad. an example is valkyria chronicles: a game that sold phenomenally well in japan, but in america didn’t do nearly as well simply because we’re too busy playing the same games from the same companies over and over again.

we just need to broaden our horizons and try new games.
