Sony HVR-Z5 Hard Case?
Could someone point me in the direction of a hard case / flight case for Sony Z5 camcorder. I will be buying this camera very quickly and because it is a very significant amount of money on the line I want, so it's protected. The price is not really much of a problem for now, I prefer to have piece of mind instead of saving a little money, but I want to make it reasonable. I've been looking at Pelican cases, but do not know which one would be best. Had to do something like the 1550? Here's a link:
It depends on whether you plan to wear anything other than the camcorder. I use a Pelican 1500 for my HDR-FX1, LANC, shock mount mic and XLR adapter. And 1550 and 1600 for microphones, lights, spare batteries, AC power supplies, battery chargers, Tools, etc. .. SKB makes decent cases – I use them for musical instruments.
