P90x Yoga Mat
Working out, Weights, P90X?
Okay, I got P90X, it says to have a yoga mat, resistance bands, weights and a pull-up bar (or you can use resistance bands)
Okay, a few questions. I have two 30 pound dumbbells but I can only lift those for 3 to 5 reps, and I don’t have resistance bands, but I do have a yoga mat. Okay my questions are, I looked online at some things at wal-mart, some weight sets, and seperate weights, with bars and clamps etc. Also some resistance bands.
I am looking for cheap weights, maybe a set with a dumbbell bar and weight plates, and on the resistance bands, how do you know how much weight they are equal to? and I need some attachment to go to my door to let me do pull up exercises on them. (instead of having a pull-up bar)
Any advice on what to buy and where to buy it? I am broke pretty much and the cheaper the better.
I did P90X. I got a cheap pull up bar at target that was about 15-20 dollars and my first suggestion on the weights is to borrow a friends because it is hard to find cheap weights. The price will average about a dollar a pound, but if you can only do the ones you have three to five times you definately need new weights. borrow them if possible, but you can probably find some at a target or walmart.
