P90x Used

Anyone that used P90X?

I am 13 years old, 5′9″-5′10″, and about 204 pounds. I had this really bad break down about how much i weighed. It just caught up and hit me very hard. I bought P90X and was wondering if I don’t use the diet program if i will still lose weight? I eat and drink less than 1600 calories. I only eat a really lunch, because I drink these Isangnex Shakes for breakfast and dinner, which contain about 230 calories.

Believe it or not you’ll need that weight, because you’re going to grow more. If you dont eat enough, your body will shut down and start burning calories really slowly at rest. That aside, you WILL lose weight, but working out with a system like P90X will turn your (presumed) fat into muscle, which is much denser. So there is the chance that you get heavier, but healthier at the same time. Going for light jogs will also help you lose the excess fat. Emphasis on LIGHT. Best of luck, but dont worry too much, you’ll grow and shape up just fine im sure.
