I want to purchase the product P90X or Power 90, but I am not sure whether it would be right for my body type.?
I want to purchase the product P90X or Power 90, but I am not sure whether it would be right for my body type. I heard from my brother recently that there are football players at his school whom struggle with it. I am 5’6 and weigh 122. I already exercise everyday, but I want to become more toned all over. Any suggestions on which program to purchase? I don’t want to harm my body physically. Thanks :3
Start with the Power 90, its quite challenging. I did the the Power 90/PX90 with a bunch of friends. Some of us started on the Power 90, others started on the PX90. The people that started on the PX90 couldn’t keep up with the workouts for a long time. At the end of the 90 days the people that did the Power 90 looked better than the ones you used the PX90. Both groups then started the PX90 and this time both groups could keep up with the workouts. The difference was that the people that started the Power 90 were already in better shape so their results were more impressive.
The PX90 is VERY intense, while the Power 90 is more progressional. I would definitely suggest you start with the Power 90 first then move to the PX90.
