P90x Plus Workouts
What Insanity and P90X Plus workouts should I use for my P90X / Insanity hybrid?
I am almost done with round one on P90X. Next I want to do a P90X / Insanity hybrid, and after that I want to do a really intense P90X Doubles routine with Insanity as the cardiovascular (AM) component. I’m also going use P90X Plus for both. The problem is, I don’t own P90X Plus or Insanity yet (but I think I will soon), and I was wondering if someone would give me a complete breakdown of all of the insanity and P90X Plus workouts. Which ones are the hardest, easiest, etc… I would love it if you could compare and contrast Ab Ripper X, Abs / Core Plus, Cardio Abs, and Insane Abs as well.
