P90x Dvd List
Working out with resistance bands, help?
Okay I was going to start P90X, I have free weights, and it recommended buying resistance bands, or a pull up bar, (you could use resistance bands from a door to do pull ups I think).
My question is, I found these on walmart

Now it doesn’t list any certain catchment, but how could i get those to hang from the door so I could do pull up works with them. (as in pulling down on them to simulate a pull up).
Or, would I be okay doing P90X with just the weights and a pull up bar? I am trying to find out if I would get more out of resistance bands or a pull up bar. I know I will get more resistance using the bar, because I would be pulling my whole body weight, but the resistance bands off more versatility. Help please I only have enough to get one or the other.

you’re going to be doing body-weight exercises. The best way to perform suspended push-ups, chin-ups, face pulls and other bodyweight exercises is with blast straps, from the website that I will link.
If you can’t get these, get the bands, more bang for your buck!
