P90x Complaints
Has anyone tried Beachbody products? P90x, TurboJam, Yoga Booty Ballet..etc?
I’ve been looking at some of their exercise programs, specifically the power 90 ones and turbojam, and I’m just wondering if anyone has recommendations or complaints about any of them.
I’m not looking to become a body builder, I just want to get into better shape and build some strength. Are they worth the money? Did you find it easy to stick with or did it get boring/repetitive too quickly? If you were able to stick with it, were the results what you expected? Also, I’d like to hear if anyone had problems ordering them online. Thanks so much!
also, are there any that would be very difficult to do in an area with limited space or on a smaller tv screen?
I have P90X, turbo Jam, Yoga B.B, Hip Hop Abs and slim in 6.
So far I have been doing the turbo jam, Hip Hop Abs and slim in 6. I tried P90x once n it was TOUGH..
I must say they worked if ONLY u eat right..
In the 1st two weeks I lost about 15 pounds. then my body just stop losing weight cos i started eating normal, not strict diet.
I just love my pizza.. once a week heeheehee
