P90x Booklet
A question about the P90X?
It says the workout uses resistance bands in the workouts if you dont want to use dumbells. I didnt order anything extra with the program, so I got just the dvds and booklets. I have a set of 3 bands from Walmart thats Gold Gym bands. Will those be good enough or do I need to buy the one from the site? Ut says theirs ranges from like 40 to 50 pounds, but I cant find what mine are. Or if you know a cheap place to get them, thanks.
You should be fine with those bands.
