Navy Seal Workout Routine
Fitness question for police officers, marines, etc..?
I’m getting back into my fitness routine and I was hoping you guys could give me some tips.. I’ve been athletic all my life but I’d like to hear how you guys do your daily cardio routines.. I don’t want to lose a lot of weight – I just want to tone down..
Normally I’ll run for 30 minutes or so depending on my shin splints and how ‘in shape’ I am in..
How many miles do you run per day?
Do you do crunches?
Push ups?
I know a Navy Seal workout but it’s much easier if I have someone there telling me what to do.. Since I don’t have that right now – I’ll stick to cardio and jump rope..
What kind of energy packets do you use, if any?

Fitness is a matter of small things…everyday. I only do 3-minutes of push-ups and crunches in the morning…30-40 minutes of running in the afternoon…and a few sets of crunches & pull-ups in the evening…not too elaborate. If you do little things everyday, you’ll get to where you want to be. Best of luck!
