How To Use Iphone 4
Can I unlock my iPhone 4 to use with any Australian phone carrier, that I bought direct from apple?
I have just bought an iPhone 4 online from the Australian Apple store. I have got a micro sim from my phone carrier TPG, but they told me that they are not a registered Apple carrier.
Can I still use TPG as my carrier? If yes, then how do I unlock my phone?
Yay – another Australian with an iPhone 4! None of my friends managed to get one, they’re still waiting on the restock.
You can unlock it – go to Answernode and then the iPhone 4 section, then scroll to the bottom with the iOS4 info – it will work fine.
