Free P90x Workout Schedule

What is a good workout routine?

Hey, it's summer, and I'm looking to start preparing and making them rock hard abdominal muscles to fry eggs on. In reality, I'm just going for a six-pack as the primary target and then tone my arms and build up my stamina. I wanted to do p90x, but it costs money, and I have a home gym with some weights and a treadmill. (P90x the abs routine is written for free, so I'm covered for the factory, but I do not know how often I should do it, right now I think every night). However, I do not know the first thing, when it comes to planning a workout. I want to know what to do every day (repeat, types of lifting / exercise, that is). If you could answer my question, that would be awesome. You do not need to be answered about the food, can I maintain a nutritional diet on the side of the workout. Just a little about me, I am a 16 year old male and I weigh 150, which seems to be below average in my class.

For the p90x workout from when i was p90 told to do it every other day and your abdominal muscles like any other muscle group to treat. After a few weeks it will be on definitely easy to get mixed up routines, and is the fastest way (IMO), muscle (from youtube for various exercises, when p90 is too easy) I'm trying to to go to the gym at least 4 times a week and usually separate the training sessions in abs and arms, then chest and back legs, alternating each time I go. Thurs low To cut reps (4-6) heavy weights for muscle mass and high reps (8-12) low weight (clay) are.
