Can I £ 2 18 products from abroad and still free of the import sales tax?

I would like to buy some computer parts from Canada. (Ebay) I knows that if the item under £ 18 GBP, you are free of import duty tax. But what if I buy multiple items from the same ebay seller, both under 18 pounds, but together amount to more than £ 18? Can I still use free of import duty tax? I'll pay for them both at the same time, to combine postage costs. Really appreciate quick responses, Auction ends very soon!
