Certified Personal Trainers
I want to achieve many goals this year; One of them is to become a certified personal trainer.?
I need to lose about 35 pounds first, I have five children…….I just can’t seem to get started, It is very hard for me to get to a gym right now. I do not live in the best area to go for walks or jogging And I am also a full time student. My levels of stress are very high. I do not have any help with daycare nor can I afford it. I just wish I could get some pointers for getting in shape on my own at my house. I then will get certified as a personal trainer.
Do you have a YMCA? You might get involved there and get free child care while you workout and work anywhere in the YMCA. They also have programs they will pay for and pay you to take training classes to be a group instructor which will get your foot in the door.
If you dont have a YMCA try another fitness center that has daycare and ask the same questions. But the Y is a great place to try for, they also have programs that help if you cant afford the monthly dues.
