Cell Phones No Contract

i need to get out of a cell phone contract any advice?

recently added three phones to a t-mobile, 2 year contract. was told by sales person that i would have excellent coverage in my area and that they all share towers now so it really didn’t matter how big the carrier was. i can’t even get coverage a few miles from my home. none. traveled last week 80 miles one way and still no service. have not gotten first bill yet. can i break contract for salesperson lieing about coverage? any advice on how to handle. i have good credit and don’t want to chance damageing it by not paying or cancelling unless legal to do so.

If the coverage map says you should have coverage and you don’t, there may be a problem with your handset. In that case call T-Mobile and have them look into the problem.
