would anyone buy used XBOX 360 or PS3 games?

I am trying to make money, and i was wondering if anyone in India would buy used XBOX 360 or PS3 games? I live in America so i dont really know if this is a good idea or not. What is the general price range of an original game?
see i cant sell such things in the US because these things are available everywhere and someone can find an easier way to buy at the same cost in their store. I know that a lot of kids in India are into the 360 and PS3 but are not happy about prices. So i was thinking i could buy used games and sell at a price that gives me a profit yet is also at a lower price than what new games are sold at.
