Is there anything I need in addition to the dvds for the p90x workout?
I want to buy the dvds which I can get for pretty cheap online, but im not sure if theres anything else that ill need as they advertise other stuff to buy to get the optimum workout so if anyone has it and could help out id appreciate it
I’m going to start doing p90x also, and on there website it says all you really need is a resistance band and a place to do pull ups, and also dumbbells if you have them. Although, my door frames are too weak for a pull-up bar, so i’m going to do it without one.
P90x also has there own brands of protein bars/shakes and a recovery drink(which i’ve read you can substitute with chocolate milk)
