Can I Buy Games Online and Download Them Straight to My Computer?

I’m looking for a website where I can buy games that will just download straight to my computer. Does anybody know of such a thing?

Yes you can though not all games are available and you have to go to different websites. But.. there is a problem with doing that as I have found out myself. When you download a game you get an unlock code with the game in order to play the game. The problem comes when you either buy a new computer (as I did) or you have a system failure and need to format the hard disk and re-install the operating system, the unlock code doesn’t work and the company will not release a second code. In short the game becomes useless. Best to buy the program or game on a DVD/CD either online or from the shop.
