what is the best touchscreen phone in the Philippines to buy when I have only 12 thousand pesos?

I try, a good decent phone with a touch to find big screen, but so far I am undecided. There are so many possibilities, but my main criteria is that it have a good performance and should any type of image file support, because I have read the planning to the Japanese manga in it.
