why can’t ps3 games run on ps2.why is ps3 or other consoles are made?why can’t all the games come on 1console?

i want to know why ps3,xbox360 are made.why don’t they make hi graphic games on ps2?

Those are a lot of question ill try my best to answer them. Technology is keep on changing and advancing for the better. Ps3 games can not be played on the ps2 since the technology inside of the game is is much different than the ps2. The PS3 has a high def graphics which enhance the graphical technology used inside the Game. Ps2 two do not have that card built in and that is also why PS2 are much cheaper than the ps3 it is the high def card installed in the console.It cost way too much. The consoles are made to make the companies money. without the money they would not have a life. Each console is separate meaning each have a purpose of being made. Ps3 is made to show people that technology is evolving for the better and for the company to make money. Also used to make the owner of the console have fun playing games. The 360 is made for almost the same reason but it is used more for the money than the fun.
